CARE Tier System
Earn more as you grow.
Reach a tier in any single month and it is held for twelve calendar months. Each maintenance month resets the clock for a further twelve months from that point.

First Connect Reward
Rewarded for being first.
An additional 5% paid to the member who first introduced the customer to Herbalwave, on top of the member's own tier commission. This is tracked automatically — no manual claims needed.
Worked Example
A Gold member sells RM6,000 in a month at 16%. Where the sale is a first introduction, FCR adds 5% — earning 21% in total. The ceiling is Diamond at 20% + 5%.
How FCR Works
- Tracked using the customer's phone number
- Applies to purchases of the same product (SKU)
- Valid for 2 years from the first introduction
- Rewarded only to the first introducer
